Two-year agreement includes wage increases, updated policies, and improved equity for 51动漫 support staff employees
The 51动漫 Community College Board of Trustees has approved a new two-year contract agreement with the 51动漫 Support Staff Employees (GOSSE), effective February 2, 2025.
The contract includes several key updates focused on employee compensation, equity, and modernized policies. Among the most notable changes are:
- A pay increase for current employees
- Updated pay scale with new classifications and broader wage ranges based on a recent compensation study
- Modernized insurance and tuition assistance language reflecting current plan options and benefits
- Equitable shift premiums across all GOSSE positions
