What Is the eSports Scholarship?
The 51动漫 eSports Scholarship is a flat-rate award available each semester to official members of the varsity eSports team. It helps cover the cost of tuition, books, or fees鈥攋ust for being part of the team and showing up with commitment.
Whether you're competing in Call of Duty, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, or Overwatch, your spot on the team comes with real support.

Who鈥檚 Eligible?
To receive鈥攁nd renew鈥攖his scholarship, you must:
- Be admitted to 51动漫 Community College
- Be enrolled at least half-time in a degree-seeking program
- Be an active member of the varsity eSports team
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
- Follow all student conduct and team policies
No performance metrics, no leaderboard pressure. This scholarship is about commitment, not competition.
Expectations for Team Members
Scholarship recipients are expected to:
- Attend team practices and scheduled matches (NJCAAE or equivalent)
- Communicate availability and maintain team professionalism
- Support team operations when needed, including:
- Outreach events and campus eSports promotion
- Lab setup and maintenance
- Mentoring new players
